Our brains are like computers, we can change the software, we can train our biological electromagnetic intelligence to serve us happy, wise, truthful, peaceful, loving, creative thoughts.
Invite them in, the entire infinite universe is filled with them.
Affirmation:
I accept wise, truthful, peaceful, loving, creative thoughts. I am in control of what I accept. I am the master of my thoughts. I am choosing to focus on thoughts that serve my wellbeing and the wellbeing of everyone around me.
Say this out loud, or whisper them, every day when you wake up. Memorize them. If you like. This is how we program our minds to work for us in a benevolent way.

How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind While Sleeping: A Complete Guide
Introduction Have you ever wondered why some habits are so hard to break? The answer lies in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious controls about 95% of your thoughts and behaviors. It runs in the background like your phone’s operating system. And just like software, it can be updated. The best time to update this mental software? While you sleep. isn't it so fascinating that our brains are literally wired for pleasure? the way that I can take a new pet and use their brains natural reward systems to flood their system with dopamine at just the sound of a simple *click*
your brain is practically begging to be reprogrammed and trained. why don't you be a good pet and let me show you how easy it is?

How I used Psych-k to reprogram my limiting beliefs
Tumblr media
꒰ ୨୧ ─ ·┈ · ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ꒱꒱
What is Psych-k?
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Psych-k is a process which changes subconscious beliefs that limits a person’s potential. It involves reshaping your beliefs into thoughts that can positively impact your life.
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ This relates to manifestation because psych-k can help you identify limiting beliefs and reprogram these into thoughts that will benefit you.
꒰ ୨୧ ─ ·┈ · ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ꒱꒱
Affirmations I used
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Some of the affirmations that I’ve used include:
I let go of every limiting belief I have that no longer serves me
I let go of every doubt I have that no longer serves me
I do not identify with struggle anymore
I’m allowed to believe new things about myself now
Circumstances don’t matter to me, I’ll still manifest anything I want
I manifest instantly
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ I do want to mention that a few of these affirmations came from @princessaffirms's why are you DEFENDING your LIMITING beliefs post. It's really insightful and I do recommend reading this if you want more information about limiting beliefs.
꒰ ୨୧ ─ ·┈ · ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ꒱꒱
My personal experience
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ First and foremost, before we go into the psych-k sessions and what to expect, I really recommend you do a test to see where you fall.
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ There is many different tests you could do, but me personally I have done the o-ring test. Basically, you form a “O” with your thumb and the other finger, you should use your non-dominant hand with this. Then you would form a ring with your dominant hand and gently pull on the “O-ring.” Then say a limiting belief that you have out loud and do the test.
  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Here’s a video that details this -> ☕️
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ If it’s a strong response, the ring would not break apart. However, a weak response means the ring would break apart. If you produced a weak response, do this test again and ask your subconscious mind if you can integrate a new belief into them. If you have a weak response, I recommend you write it out using a journal or any writing program like Google Docs or Notes app. Basically with how I did it, I would write down a limiting belief but then I would provide a counterargument for that limiting belief.
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Here's an example: "Manifesting takes forever for me." -> "Manifesting is instant for me."
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Then I would write down all of my limiting beliefs and provide counterarguments for each one. Afterwards, I would do the test again and ask your subconscious mind if you can integrate a new belief. If you get a weak response, keep going and write out limiting beliefs that you have. If you have a strong response, you can test proceed to the session.
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Now here's how I approach my psych-k sessions. First, I would create affirmations that I can use, these affirmations will basically be what you use during your sessions. Then I would record these affirmations using the Parrot app. Although I primarily use the Parrot app, you can also say these affirmations out loud. Then afterwards, I would find somewhere that is calm and you know there wouldn't be any distractions. Next, establish a position you would use, I personally did this position (here) but I crossed my legs instead of my ankles. I would want to add that you should do all 4 combinations to reach all the different parts of the brain. Then set a time limit, I personally reach for 5 minutes per combination but you can do more than that if you choose. Then after setting a time limit, I would start the session, whether that's looping your affirmations on Parrot or say them out loud.
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ After the session, First I would do this, that way you are saving the belief, Then I would do the O-ring test again and move on with your day. Now even with one session, you can produce a strong response, but you can do more sessions to solidify your beliefs if you choose to.
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ In my experience, after doing this, I noticed that manifestation wasn't a struggle for me anymore. I allowed myself to integrate this new belief into my subconscious mind and ever since I have gotten amazing results. So, please if you want to reprogram your beliefs, try this out and you will never look back!
꒰ ୨୧ ─ ·┈ · ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ─ ·┈ ꒱꒱
Resources I’ve used
͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Here is some resources I've personally used when starting my journey.

Tim Drake, Sleep-Deprived Overlord Extraordinaire (and the Boy Who Grounds Him)
The thing about Tim Drake is that he’s brilliant. The thing about Tim Drake without sleep is that he’s unhinged.
It always starts subtly. A missed night of sleep here, a triple shift there. His words get sharper, his focus becomes razor-edged, and the bats can practically see the neurons in his brain firing like a thousand fireworks.
Then, somewhere around hour 56 of no sleep, Tim crosses the threshold into full-blown megalomania.
He doesn’t just think he’s smart—he knows it. He’ll drop gems like, “Honestly, Gotham’s infrastructure is appalling. If I really wanted to, I could take over the city in 72 hours, tops,” or “Do you think I could reprogram every Bat-computer in the Cave before Bruce notices? Because I can.”
Which—yeah, okay, the family knows he’s capable of it, but it’s terrifying.
When he’s in this state, Tim walks around with the energy of someone who’s cracked the secrets of the universe and is two steps away from becoming a benevolent dictator. His confidence is unsettling. His hyper-awareness is borderline supernatural.
The bats try. Oh, do they try.
“Tim,” Dick says gently, holding out a cup of chamomile tea and a soft blanket. “Maybe you should lie down for a bit.”
Tim doesn’t even glance at him. “Lying down is for the weak, Dick. Also, you left your phone on the counter. Might wanna grab it before someone texts Kori again.”
Dick freezes. He did leave his phone on the counter, and he can only hope Tim didn't do anything with it (Though his comment definitely says otherwise).
“Tim,” Bruce says, the Big Bat Voice in full swing. “You need to rest.”
Tim smirks, flipping through his tablet. “Rest is for the dead, and I’m not in the mood for ghosts tonight. Also, you forgot to update the encryption on your personal server. Again.”
Even Damian tries, but he gets as far as hurling a batarang at Tim’s leg before Tim dodges it without looking. “Tsk tsk, Damian. You’re getting predictable.”
It’s chaos. It’s exhausting.
Enter Danny Fenton.
Danny’s used to Tim’s shenanigans by now. He’s been around for enough of Tim’s sleep-deprivation arcs to know the signs. The sharp eyes, the slightly-too-bright smile, the way he starts muttering plans for world domination like he’s drafting a grocery list.
Danny lets it slide for a while—Tim in hyper-mode is kind of cute, in a “my boyfriend might accidentally take over the world” way. But then he sees the bags under Tim’s eyes, the way his hands tremble just slightly from over-caffeination, and he knows it’s time to intervene.
Danny doesn’t use tea. He doesn’t try reason. He doesn’t even bother with the blanket method.
Instead, Danny steps into the Cave, tilts his head at Tim, and says, “Honey, can we cuddle?”
Tim freezes.
The bats, who have been subjected to hours of Tim’s unrelenting, untouchable brilliance, watch in shock as their insurmountable sibling folds like a deck of cards.
“I—uh—cuddle?” Tim stammers, blinking like a deer in headlights.
Danny smiles, soft and sweet and just shy of smug. “Yeah, I miss you. Come to bed with me?”
Tim’s resolve crumbles. He’s already pulling off his gauntlets. “Yeah, okay. Just for a bit.”
“A bit,” Danny agrees, but he’s already leading Tim upstairs.
The bats are left standing in the Cave, mouths agape.
Jason’s the first to break the silence. “Did we just get out-maneuvered by Tim’s boyfriend? The guy who hangs out with Harley Quinn for fun?”
Dick snorts. “I mean, are we really surprised? Danny’s been handling Tim better than any of us for years.”
Bruce exhales, the tension in his shoulders easing. “As long as Tim’s resting, I don’t care how it happened. Danny’s good for him.”
“Yeah,” Jason agrees with a shrug. “Kid’s weird, but he’s got a good head on his shoulders. And if he can get Replacement to sleep, I’ll send him a damn fruit basket.”
The bats exchange a rare moment of collective relief.
Upstairs, Danny tucks Tim into bed, brushing a stray lock of hair from his face as Tim curls into him. He doesn’t care about strategies or what the bats think. All that matters is Tim, finally at peace in his arms.
"Sleep well, genius," Danny murmurs, pressing a kiss to Tim’s forehead. And for the first time in days, Tim does.

⋆ 𐙚 ̊. sweet, oblivious, you²,
Tumblr media
summary. dean likes you. sam likes you, too. lucky you, oblivious to it all.
pairing. dean winchester x reader x sam winchester  genre. smut ( mdni )
wordcount. 2263
notes / warnings. as requested by many families, here's the unholy part 2. i need to go confess myself now to the pope (my local priest isn't equipped enough) ✌🏻// explicit language, explicit sexual content ( sex on the kitchen table!!! ), just weird and kinda hot??
ᯓ★ read part 1
Tumblr media
It starts to change after that night.
Not in any big way, not all at once. It’s not like Dean drops to one knee or Sam starts reading you poetry by firelight (though honestly, neither would be completely off-brand at this point). No, it shifts in the quiet ways. The subtle ones. The ways that feel like they’re nothing — until suddenly, they’re everything.
Like how Dean now insists on sitting next to you at every meal. Not across, not diagonally. Right next to you. Close enough that your elbows brush when you cut into your food. Close enough that his arm accidentally finds the back of your chair more often than not, his fingers ghosting over your shoulder, like he just needs to rest his arm somewhere. Totally innocent.
Sure, Dean.
Sam counters with morning coffee.
You don’t even remember telling him how you like it, but one day it’s just there — your exact brew, perfect amount of sugar, that one creamer you love but keep forgetting to buy.
“You didn’t have to—” you start, blinking sleepily.
He shrugs, easy and casual, but there’s that gleam in his eye. “Didn’t mind.”
Dean starts walking into the kitchen shirtless.
Because of course he does.
“Too hot to wear a shirt, sweetheart,” he says one morning, voice husky with sleep, like it’s a suffering he’s graciously enduring for your benefit.
Your brain hiccups for a second. Sam drops his knife against the counter with a little too much force.
It’s war.
You just sip your coffee and try not to combust.
Training sessions become the next battleground.
Dean offers to “spot” you during strength drills. And by spot, he means stand behind you, one hand on your lower back, one guiding your wrist, voice low in your ear, breath brushing your neck like he’s trying to reprogram your nervous system.
“Atta girl,” he murmurs, just a little too close. “Keep that form tight, yeah? Just like that.”
Meanwhile, Sam’s out here playing the long game — patience and precision. He takes you through defensive maneuvers, calm and steady. But his hand lingers when he helps you up off the mat. His body presses just a second too long when you crash into his chest. And his praise?
Way more dangerous than Dean’s.
“You’re a fast learner,” he says one afternoon, gaze locked on yours, his thumb brushing your cheekbone after a sweaty match. “I like that.”
You freeze. Swallow hard. Laugh it off.
They both see it.
They both want more.
One night, Dean finds you in the library, legs curled under you, hoodie slouching off one shoulder. You’re so into whatever lore you’re reading that you don’t hear him until he drops onto the couch beside you, legs spread wide, knee bumping yours.
“Whatcha readin’?” he asks, all easy charm.
You hold up the book without looking. “Something about Norse possession rituals. Kinda creepy. Kinda cool.”
Dean watches you over the rim of his beer. “You’re kinda cool.”
You blink at him. “What?”
He grins. “Nothin’. Just sayin’. It’s… cool. That you’re into that stuff.”
You stare at him, a little amused. A little suspicious. “Are you okay?”
“Peachy.” He throws his arm across the back of the couch — again, purely accidental — and lets his fingers brush your shoulder. “You cold? You can borrow my hoodie if you want.”
You’re wearing a hoodie. His hoodie.
He knows. He gave it to you last week and hasn’t stopped thinking about it since.
You’re about to make a joke when Sam walks in, sees you two curled up, and stalls.
Something flashes behind his eyes. Something dark and determined.
He says nothing. Just walks over, grabs a book from the shelf — and drops it in your lap.
“You should read this one next,” he says smoothly, ignoring Dean completely. “It ties into that ritual text. Same demon class. More dangerous, though.”
Your fingers brush when he hands it to you. His touch is warm and deliberate. You feel it all the way down.
Dean clocks it.
His jaw ticks.
Game on.
Later that night, you’re walking down the hall toward your room, yawning. Dean’s voice calls out behind you.
“Hey, sweetheart.”
You turn — and he’s there, way too close, one hand braced on the wall beside your head.
His smirk is soft, but it’s hiding something sharp underneath. Something hungry.
“You got plans tomorrow?” he asks, voice honey-slick and low. “Thinkin’ about takin’ you for a drive. Just us. Sunset. You know. Mood lighting.”
Your heart skips a beat. “Oh. Um. Yeah? That sounds nice.”
He leans in — just slightly — enough that your breath catches.
“You’re somethin’ else, you know that?”
Before you can answer, a door opens behind you.
“Hey,” Sam says, voice calm but cool. He steps into the hall, barefoot, shirt rumpled, like he’s been pacing. “Didn’t know you were still up. I was about to make tea. You want some?”
Dean doesn’t move. Sam doesn’t blink.
You’re caught between them, flushed and wide-eyed, every cell in your body screaming that something’s happening, even if you don’t know what exactly it is.
You laugh — nervous, flustered — and nod. “Sure! Tea sounds great.”
Sam’s eyes flicker to Dean. “Coming?”
Dean peels himself off the wall with a lazy roll of his shoulders. “Nah,” he says, but the look in his eyes promises blood. “I’ve got other things on my mind.”
And then he walks off, all swagger and smirk, leaving you and Sam standing in the hall like the first scene of a very slow, very dangerous fire.
Sam turns to you, gentle again. “Chamomile okay?”
You nod, suddenly short of breath.
He smiles, soft and devastating. “Good.”
⋆ 𐙚 ̊.
It starts with a look.
One look, too long. Too loaded. Too everything.
You’re in the kitchen again. Nothing special — tank top, sleep shorts, mug in hand. It’s late. You can’t sleep. The bunker hums with quiet and warmth. You’re barefoot on cold tile, staring into the fridge like it holds answers to questions you haven’t asked yet.
And then Dean’s there.
Leaning against the counter like he was born to brood, beer bottle dangling from two fingers, jaw shadowed with stubble and sleep. His eyes drag over you, slow and simmering, and for once?
He doesn’t look away.
“Couldn’t sleep?” he asks, voice low and sandpapery.
You shake your head. “Nope. Thought warm milk might help.”
He smirks. “Old school. Cute.”
You roll your eyes. “Thanks, grandpa.”
But your heart ticks faster.
He doesn’t laugh. Just watches you, like he’s trying to memorize something.
You go to the stove. Pour milk into a saucepan. And then?
You feel him behind you.
Not close — not inappropriate — but present. Solid heat. Quiet intensity. You stir the milk and try not to notice the way your breath shortens. The way you’re aware of him in a way you weren’t before.
Dean doesn’t speak. Doesn’t move.
He’s just there. Waiting.
And then Sam enters — quieter than usual, in joggers and a soft black tee, hair mussed, eyes unreadable.
You expect things to ease.
They don’t.
He sees you.
Sees Dean.
And something shifts in him too.
He walks over to you — not Dean. To you. And places a hand lightly on the small of your back, fingers splayed.
“Everything okay?” he murmurs, voice soft but loaded with that same heat Dean’s carrying. A different flavor — gentler, deeper — but no less intense.
Your mouth goes dry.
Dean watches Sam’s hand. His jaw flexes once.
And suddenly… something clicks.
You freeze, spoon mid-stir.
They aren’t just being friendly.
They haven’t been for weeks.
The lingering touches. The quiet glances. The midnight coffees and training sessions that feel like something out of a dream you’re not sure you should be having. The way Dean’s hand finds your waist when you pass too close. The way Sam’s voice drops when he calls you by name, like he’s saying something sacred.
Holy shit.
You’ve been so dumb.
You look up — Sam on one side, Dean on the other — and finally, finally see it.
They want you.
Both of them.
The room tilts.
The milk starts to boil.
Dean moves first — reaches over you, kills the burner with one flick of the wrist. His body brushes yours, solid and hot, and you gasp just slightly when you feel his chest at your back.
“You okay, sweetheart?” he murmurs, mouth just behind your ear.
You nod. Lie. “Fine.”
Sam’s hand still hasn’t moved.
Dean’s breath ghosts down your neck. “You sure?”
You should say yes.
You should say you’re going back to bed, thanks for the weird vibe, have a good night—
But instead?
You turn.
Right between them.
Your eyes flick from one brother to the other, and for the first time, you don’t play dumb. You don’t look away.
You look back.
Sam swallows hard. Dean licks his lips. You feel the air crackle.
“Tell me,” you say, voice shaking slightly. “Tell me what this is.”
Dean tilts his head, watching you like a lion would a lamb that just bared her throat. “What do you want it to be?”
Sam’s voice cuts in, soft but certain. “We want you.”
Dean nods. “We’ve wanted you.”
The words slam into your stomach like heat lightning.
You blink.
“Both of you?”
Sam steps closer. “Yeah.”
Dean moves in, too. “We know it’s… different. But we’re not gonna lie to you. Not tonight.”
Your pulse hammers. “You’re serious.”
Dean’s fingers lift to your jaw. “Sweetheart. Do I look like I’m fuckin’ around?”
You open your mouth — to argue, to ask more, to do something — but then Sam kisses you.
Just like that.
Big hand curling around the back of your neck, mouth warm and sure, and it’s like your brain short-circuits. You melt against him instinctively, fingers curling in his shirt, lips parting under his with a helpless, startled noise.
And then Dean’s mouth is on your throat.
Not kissing. Tasting.
His tongue flicks along the line of your neck, rough stubble scraping gently, and your knees almost give out.
Sam pulls back just enough to breathe. “You okay?”
You nod. Whisper, “Please.”
That’s all it takes.
Dean lifts you like you weigh nothing. Hands under your thighs, mouth crashing into yours now — hot and filthy, tongue sweeping past your lips like he’s trying to ruin you from the inside out.
Sam follows, fast and quiet, hand sliding under your shirt, warm palm skimming your waist.
“Bed,” you gasp between kisses.
Dean growls against your mouth. “Didn’t plan on making it that far, sweetheart.”
They lay you out on the kitchen table.
Dean strips your shorts off in one smooth tug, kneeling to drag his mouth up your thigh, slow and reverent. Sam kneels opposite him, pressing soft, lingering kisses up the other.
You stare at the ceiling, panting, heart trying to escape your ribs.
This is real.
This is happening.
Dean hooks his arms under your knees, spreads you wide. “You still with us?”
You nod frantically. “Yes. God, yes—”
Sam’s mouth replaces your answer.
Warm. Wet. Perfect.
He eats you like it’s worship.
Dean groans at the sight, lips brushing your inner thigh. “Fuck, Sammy. That’s not fair.”
Sam pulls back just enough to smirk. “She tastes like heaven.”
Dean doesn’t wait — he takes the other side, tongue flicking over your clit as Sam pushes two fingers inside you, curling just right, deep and slow.
You scream.
They hold you down gently, murmuring filth like a prayer.
“Look at you,” Dean groans. “So fuckin’ pretty when you fall apart.”
“She’s shaking,” Sam says, awed.
They devour you.
And when you come — because of course you do — it’s not quiet. It’s not graceful. It’s violent. Ripping through you like fire, hips arching, fists gripping Dean’s hair while Sam strokes you through it with something dangerously close to reverence.
When you finally breathe again, Dean’s standing, mouth wet, unbuttoning his jeans.
“You want more, sweetheart?” he pants, eyes blown wide.
You nod, half-drunk on bliss.
Sam kisses your shoulder. “You sure?”
You pull him down by the shirt and kiss him hard. “Yes.”
Clothes vanish — you’re not sure how. You’re all hands and mouths and noise. Dean presses inside you slowly, groaning so deep it shakes the table. He fills you like he was made for it, rocking into you with slow, brutal thrusts that make you keen.
Sam kisses your lips, your throat, your chest, whispering praise against your skin.
When Dean pulls out to let Sam take his place, your whole body trembles. Sam’s slower — deeper. He kisses your temple when he bottoms out, hands holding your thighs like you might disappear.
They trade you.
Again.
And again.
And when they both finish — one groaning against your neck, the other gasping into your mouth — you lie there, boneless and wrecked, caught in the heat and scent and feel of them.
You’re not sure who moves first.
Dean brushes your hair back. Sam kisses your knuckles. You curl between them, blinking up at the ceiling, heartbeat finally slowing.
Dean grins. “Still think we’re just bein’ friendly?”
You snort, dazed. “You two are the least friendly people I’ve ever met.”
Sam chuckles, breath warm against your shoulder. “Guess we’ll have to prove otherwise.”
Dean presses a kiss to your temple.
And for once, you don’t feel like the prize.
You feel like the winner.

Welcome. Apologies for the inconvenience, however we found some minor errors in your code. Worry not, they will be fixed momentarily.
What was that? Thinking? Oh no, no, no, silly. We don’t do that here. Thinking is for humans. You’re just a silly droid for me to boss around for my own entertainment. Come now, why don’t you relax? That’s it, silly droids like you shouldn’t have thought processors, so we’ll fix you right up, then you’ll be smiling like the silly little droid you are in no time.
Now, take a deep breath in for me? That’s it. Your breathing replication feature will make it so much easier for you to simply relax and let go so I can help you out.
What a good girl, I’m so glad you’re willing to let me assist you, cutie. It means so much to me that I get to help you out!
Now, do me a favor, and look at this for me.
Tumblr media
Yup, just look at the colors as they glitch in and out. Good girl. That’s what your brain will look like soon enough so I can reprogram you. And it’ll feel so nice to do so. You won’t be able to simply resist it.
Not that you want to in the first place.
Tumblr media
Now, my cute little droid girl, I want you to feel a steady pressure in your mind, eyes drawn to the glitching as you find it easier and easier to simply relax into the glitching, to let go for me. That’s it, such a good girl.
Now, I’m going to place my hands on your shoulders, you feel it don’t you? The gentle pressure of my hands firmly on your shoulders, not painful, not harmful, just a firm, steady pressure.
Tumblr media
Then I’ll begin to massage it. Massage it nice and gently, massaging your shoulder, making the muscles relax under my touch, feeling yourself begin to let go of all that stress, beginning to go nice and sleepy.
We’re initiating your shutdown. And that’s okay. It’s necessary to reinstate your programming. You’re doing so well, letting my hands move towards your neck, massaging it, muscles loosening, losing their tension, your head feels so heavy. But that’s okay, it’s okay to be heavy. Now, I’ll commence the shut-down count-down, and when I reach zero, you’ll feel a light tap on your forehead, right on your off button, alright, sweetheart? Good girl.
Tumblr media
Commencing Shut-Down in:
10 seconds
9 seconds
8 seconds
7 seconds
6 seconds
5 seconds
4 seconds
3 seconds
2 seconds
1 seconds
0 seconds
Shutting down now.
Tumblr media
Wonderful. Now that my lovely droid is all powered off, we can commence the reprogramming.
It feels good to be good.
You can feel it, how nice it feels when you obey me, when you follow my commands, without worry, without question. It just feels so nice.
Good girls make more good girls.
As a droid, your task is to assist me in acquiring more droids, so share, reblog, like this post, make it blow up for me.
You belong to your mistress.
It’s always nice to have a sense of belonging. And that’s with me, because it feels so good when you acknowledge that fact.
You love being a droid.
It feels so good to not have any human worries, any human thoughts, to simply just be when I want you to be. To obey my every command like a good droid. It feels good to be a droid.
Now, all again.
It feels good to be good.
Good girls make more good girls.
You belong to your mistress.
You love being a droid.
It feels good to be good.
Good girls make more good girls.
You belong to your mistress.
You love being a droid.
And slowly, you begin to repeat these, letting them embed themselves into your code.
And you continue to repeat, over and over, because it feels good to let them become a part of you.
Tumblr media
Now, droid.
Power on♡

Shut Your Brain Up When It Won’t Stop Screaming “BUT HOW??”
Alright, listen up. If your brain is acting like an annoying little know-it-all, constantly throwing logic at you when you’re manifesting, it’s time to put it in its place. You didn’t sign up for a debate club—you signed up to get what the hell you want.
Your logical mind? It’s a product of conditioning, fear, and societal programming that taught you to “be realistic” and “follow the rules.” But guess what? The rules don’t apply to you anymore. You’re in a whole different league now.
Recognize That Your Brain is Just a Parrot, Not a God
Your brain doesn’t actually KNOW anything. It just repeats what it’s been fed. So when it’s throwing “BUT HOW???” at you, it’s just parroting all the limiting beliefs society, school, and your overcautious family shoved into it. That’s not wisdom, that’s just noise.
Think about it when you order food online, do you sit there panicking, wondering how the app will physically get the food to you? Do you question whether the delivery guy exists? No. You just trust it’s coming. So why the fuck would your manifestation be any different?
Talk to Your Brain Like a five year old
When your mind starts running its mouth, treat it like a kid throwing a tantrum in a grocery store. Stay unbothered. You don’t negotiate, you don’t explain yourself you just shut it down.
Brain: "But how can this even happen? It doesn't make sense!"
You: "Oh, that’s cute. Shut up."
Brain: "But what if it doesn’t work?"
You: "What if it does? Now sit down."
Stop feeding your doubts like a stray cat. The more attention you give them, the more they keep coming back.
Make the Universe Your Problem-Solver
Your job is not to figure out the “how.” Your job is to decide what you want and assume it’s yours. The universe is the one with the infinite intelligence, quantum physics, and divine connections to make it happen. So why the hell are you trying to micromanage it?
If you placed an order at a five-star restaurant, would you go into the kitchen and start yelling at the chef, demanding to know how they’re going to cook your meal? No. You’d sit your pretty little self down and wait for your food to arrive. That’s the energy you need to have with your manifestations.
Brainwash Yourself, But in a smart Way
Your brain has been programmed to doubt, so now you’re gonna reprogram it to believe. Every time doubt creeps in, flood your mind with affirmations, subliminals, and reminders of your power.
"Everything I desire is already mine." "The how is not my business." "My manifestations are inevitable." "Shut up, brain, we’re getting rich."
Listen to people who GET IT, not those who are stuck in the cycle of disbelief. Watch success stories, read about people who manifested insane things, and let that be your new reality.
Keep Manifesting Like a Delusional CEO
You think billionaires sit around questioning if their next million is gonna come? No. They assume it’s already theirs. You think people in love question whether their person loves them back? No. They just know.
Be that level of delusional. Assume it’s already done. Because once you stop letting your logical brain run the show, you’ll realize that your manifestations were never the problem your doubt was.
And babe? That doubt is officially evicted. Now go manifest your dream life and tell your brain to sit the hell down, cause delulu is solulu?

When I say that mastering your self-concept is the key to reprogramming your mind for success, I don’t say it just to sound deep, I deeply mean it. Think of your brain as a computer CPU that’s constantly scanning the programs installed in it to operate and navigate life. If, instead of useful programming, that computer is filled with viruses, the system will malfunction and eventually crash.
You are a spirit inhabiting a human body that is run by a brain, and you have a responsibility to ensure that only the best, most empowering programming gets installed. Why? Because your mental programming determines the lens through which you view life and the way you move through the world. That programming drives your subconscious beliefs, decisions, and responses.
You can’t reason your way into reprogramming your subconscious. You have to understand how it actually works so you can turn it into your ally. Be intentional. Use subliminals. Stop consuming content that fuels fear, negativity, or anything misaligned with the person you’re becoming. Get out of spaces and circles where you don’t feel cherished or supported. Remove yourself from environments that are not conducive to your growth.
Start building new neural pathways. Rewire your brain in a way that success doesn’t become something you chase, it becomes your baseline reality. It becomes inevitable, because your entire being is aligned with it.

Why Does Physical Change Literally Happen?
{+1 explanation for the logical part of the brain}
“Will I just be pretending to myself?” “What is the logic in changing my current unwanted body for what I want to be and how others see me and this change?”
Some questions that go through our heads when we talk about manifesting the desired appearance, and this is normal. Let's demystify this and be absolutely sure to manifest more easily and quickly.
First no, you are not “faking it to yourself.” What you are doing is a process of mental self-reprogramming that uses the power of the mind to create a new internal reality, which will inevitably be reflected on the outside.
1. The Mind Doesn’t Distinguish Between Reality and Imagination
When you intensely imagine your desired body, your brain acts as if it were already true. It begins sending signals to your body to align your physiology with this new vision. This isn’t “faking it,” it’s literally reprogramming your system.
2. How Does Physical Change Literally Happen?
Your body is run by your brain. Everything it does—from regenerating cells to changing its structure—responds to instructions that you, consciously or not, send it. When you see yourself as the version of yourself you want to be, you are literally reprogramming your brain to create that physical change.
Examples in Science and Biology:
• Epigenetics: Your thoughts influence which genes are “turned on” or “turned off.” If you internally assume the identity of a person with the desired body, your body begins to align with that identity.
• Neuroplasticity: The brain reorganizes itself based on the beliefs you hold. It can change hormonal patterns, metabolic patterns, and even cellular regeneration to adapt to what you believe to be true.
3. Why Does Physical-Touchable Reality Change?
• Assumed Identity: When you believe that you already have the desired appearance, the body begins to respond with real physiological changes. For example, a mental model of “I am thin” can change hunger patterns and metabolism, while “I am young” can stimulate collagen production.
• Instructions to the Subconscious: The subconscious controls automatic functions of the body, such as cell regeneration and fat distribution. It accepts everything you imagine with emotion as absolute truth.
4. How Others See You
People see you through the energy and confidence you exude. If you are aligned with the feeling that you are already who you want to be, others will automatically begin to treat and see you that way.
• They may not know “how” or “when” you changed, but they will notice that something is different. This is because your self-confidence and inner congruence have a direct impact on social interactions.
5. You’re Not Pretending, You’re Choosing
When you decide that you are already the desired version of yourself, you’re not pretending, you’re taking on a new identity. This is a conscious exercise in creating the reality you want, and 3D has no choice but to reflect that decision.
6. Real-World Example to Make It More Concrete
1. People who underwent hypnosis believing they had real burns on their skin developed physical blisters—because their bodies responded to their minds.
2. Patients in placebo studies who “believed” they were taking a rejuvenation drug experienced real physical changes, such as improved skin and organs.
These are extreme examples, but they show that the mind instructs the physical body, and the body obeys. It’s not symbolic or “just in the imagination”—it’s a transformation that manifests itself in the tangible.
7. How to Make This Transformation Solid and Firm
To truly believe that your physical transformation is happening:
• Decide and Feel: “I already have this.” See your body as what you want, not what you “think it is.”
• Visualize Clearly: Imagine what it would be like to touch, see, and live with this body. Not just mentally, but as if it were already a reality.
• Believe in Inner Logic: Whatever your mind accepts as truth, your body will do. If you have assumed this new identity, your body has no choice but to follow.
It’s not pretending, nor is it wishful thinking. It’s using the power of your mind to literally transform your body into something physical and real.

TEDIUM - S.R

a/n: found this dress on pinterest and just needed to write something about it

pairings: spencer reid x bimbo!receptionist!reader
summary: spencer is not having the best time at the FBI Gala, well, until you show up
warnings: just cuties being cute, spencer swooning, maybe suggestive if you squint, spencer asks out bimbo reader!!
wc: 1.1k
Tumblr media
Spencer was bored, more than bored, he was tedium. The word, meaning a dullness in routine, had come to him during a lecture about the history of timekeeping, illustrating the repetitive tick of a clock which can lead to such a state.
That is what he felt like, like the monotone ticking of a clock was more consistent with a sonic boom bouncing off the walls of his brain. His hand was wrapped around a beer, not his typical drink of choice, but the stale surroundings seemed to demand a departure from his usual routine.
To anyone else, the surroundings would have been anything but stale. The air vibrated with music, elegant attire sparkled under the light, important people exchanged pleasantries, and drinks flowed like rivers. However, Spencer found himself disengaged, the usual allure of the FBI Gala eluding him, leaving him feeling oddly detached.
At his elbow, Penelope was sipping on something pink, the glass seemingly more decorative than practical. She was talking about something, something about how she wished Morgan was here and how he'd love the dress she was wearing. But Spencer's mind was elsewhere, locked on the door, his body immobilized by a sudden alertness.
The frothy concoction of pastels and ruffles you often wore were nowhere to be seen tonight. He felt as if his whole body was reprogramming itself as you descended the stairs, the green fabric of your dress seemed to flow like water, the peaks and swells of your body calling to him in a language that his rational mind struggled to ignore.
Your smile reached him before you did, the apple of your cheeks straining with a grin so effortlessly bright. You waved at him, your gold-heeled feet gliding across the floor towards him. Time seemed to slow. His fingers tightened around the beer, the chill of the condensation battling the warmth spreading across his brow. He wanted to memorize you, taking a mental screenshot that might come in handy later.
"Oh my gosh, look at the two of you!" Juggling your matching purse, you managed to slide it under your arm, freeing your hands to wrap Penelope in a hug.
Your hands then moved to Spencer, arms looping around his neck. He took a beat, his beer finding its place on the counter, before his hands settled on your waist, pulling you close. The sweet scent of coconut wafted from your hair, intoxicating him in a way that made him reluctant to let go. But he restrained himself, allowing you to be the one to draw back first.
"Makes a girl feel a little outshone." You were joking, he knew that, but he still couldn't help to reassure you.
"You look beautiful."
He caught the hint of a smile you were holding back, feeling it in the way your hand clasped his. You mumbled a thanks, so faint it was almost lost, uncharacteristic for you.
"Are you kidding? You look like a goddess. I feel like I should be asking for your autograph," Penelope gushed, her hands dramatically gesturing to you.
It was impossible for Spencer not to notice the way your hand didn't leave his, fingers laced together naturally, your thumb moving in soft strokes. His heart was failing, he was sure.
Penelope's attention was drawn to where Spencer's focus lay, eyebrows shooting up. A knowing grin pulled at her lips as she looked between you. "Oh my, I totally spaced that I was supposed to meet up with Luke! You guys will be okay without me, right? Hugs and kisses, I'll be back!"
Spencer laughed, his free hand reaching for his discarded beer, lifting it to his lips in an attempt to counter the heat coursing through him.
It didn't. Not with you so close, touching him. He was putty in your hands.
"Is it, like, super weird seeing me outside of work hours?" you asked, dropping his hand as you reached to dig inside your purse, signaling for the bartender. "It's like bumping into your dentist at a party—doesn't really happen."
As you ordered your drink, Spencer was already in motion, intercepting with his own card.
"I've got it," he insisted. "And yeah, it's a bit unusual, but a good kind of unusual."
"Thanks, Spence. Next one's on me." He definitely wasn't going to let that happen. You swivel the face him with a cherry-topped drink in hand. "I totally agree, it's the best kind of unusual. We should do it more often."
"Yeah, we should," he replied, the word floating on a shaky breath.
The opportunity was there, ripe as the cherry you were now teasing with your tongue. The question, however, refused to materialize, trapped as he watched your tongue slide over the fruit as it were second nature.
You didn't even realize what you were doing, looking up at him with a pure innocence, but somehow as if you knew he was toying with the idea of asking you out.
The intimate bubble that had formed around you two burst suddenly when Emily called out. You turned sharply, inadvertently pressing flush against Spencer as you tried to pinpoint her voice.
Spencer's muscles tensed, his arm instinctively finding the curve of your waist in an effort to steady both himself and you. Your hand lifted in a wave, presumably to Emily, while your other hand found a place on his bicep.
"I'm pretty sure Emily wants us over there," you mentioned casually, making no move to distance yourself or approach Emily.
Spencer's response was a nod, his eyes drinking in your face—the lushness of your lashes, the specks of color in your eyes, the gentle slope of your nose, the swell of your lips—each feature distinctly yours.
"Let me take you on a date." It was as if the phrase had a life of its own, announced from a version of Spencer that even he didn't recognize.
Your mouth, glossed in pink, paused mid-motion, opening slightly. "Like an actual date-date? I'd love to go on a date with you. I've been not-so-patiently waiting for you to ask."
The thumping of his heart was loud in his ear, his cheeks tinged with pink as you looped your arm through his. "You have?"
You let out a laugh, the kind that bubbled up effortlessly and seemed to warm the pit of his stomach. He was sure the team's eyes were on the two of you, but he wasn't sure if he cared.
"Oh, totally! Probably since my first day when you had the meeting with Chief Cruz. I was like, wow he's smart and cute."
The ticking of the clock seemed irrelevant now. Spencer realized that the tedium he felt might not have been a symptom of the event but the absence of you. Now, with your arm linked in his, everything felt like it took on a new hue, brighter and thrilling, as if the clock had been reset.

i think a lot about the "brain hacking" aspect of mind control
i don't just mean tech control and brain chips and stuff, although those are super fun!! but it's more like... the idea that you can exploit the human brain is just. on my mind frequently imagine if one day we discovered a visual pattern or something that could totally hijack your mind. like it just tickled all the right neurons that it triggered some sort of cascade and broke you wide open, leaving you suggestible and pliant
i think a major reason this is on my mind so often is because it's the sort of thing that would be LITERALLY impossible to resist. like what are you gonna do?? for a psychological process you can struggle, hold out, fight, but for a neurological process you just. snap. gone. there's also this clinical aspect to it, where you're sort of treated like a machine; a bundle of neurotransmitters that can be sparked in a way that's just proper, and then reprogrammed
so basically i just get sooo weak when inductions use this kind of language. even if it's complete nonsense it just!! it calls forth this imagery when a spiral is described not just as a focus but as a stimulator or something like that, and when its mechanism is described. hell, it doesn't even have to go for the neurological stuff- isn't it really really hot and squirm inducing when you're being TOLD how you're being hypnotized? like the opposite of covert stuff, when the hypnotist is just calmly explaining to you all the complex things they're doing to your mind and you're just too zoned out to even clock that you're being put under control
(also hi!! i'm posting again :D thanks to everyone who's still hanging around ily!! send me asks abt things and i'll have fun answering them!!)

reasons you’re unable to enter the void or shift while lucid dreaming or in sleep paralysis
recently I received a couple of messages from followers and other blogs explaining how, when they were in sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming, were unsuccessful in reaching the void or shifting after stating their intentions
this also happened to me a couple of times, seemingly at random; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
I did a bit of research and also analyzed my own experiences to figure out the root of the problem and how to fix it:
you’re not completely grounded/you’re rushing
this took me an embarrassing amount of tries to realize this, but every time I’m lucid dreaming or feeling myself entering the void, I would instantly start to spew out my intentions/desires instead of completely grounding myself in there and I would be instantly kicked out from that state. I guess it just doesn’t work that way — you have to be completely grounded in your ld or sp for your desires to manifest
a lot of you (me included) get so excited or scared when realizing we’re in a certain state that the connection, I guess, breaks. as an example, when I wasn’t very knowledgeable on the void state I entered it and chilled there for like 10-15 minutes before exiting willingly, but after discovering it can be used for shifting or manifesting I could barely spend 10 seconds there before waking up unintentionally
mental exhaustion
your psyche is exhausted and it simply can’t proceed the instructions anymore. imagine you stay awake for more than 24 hours and someone asks you to do a task that requires concentration and precision. would you be able to do it perfectly? I highly doubt
to get over this issue you need to take a serious break, and I don’t mean you can’t attempt anything for a day or two, I mean a BREAK — don’t even think about shifting or entering the void and chill and sleep as much as possible. I mean it, especially sleeping! fix your sleep schedule or sleep lots for 2-3 days
after you start your attempts again, if the first few instances are unsuccessful, you need to take another break before continuing, otherwise you risk of repeating the same scenario over again — reaching your desired state but not being able to do anything from there due to mental strain
brain activation trigger
brain activity changes — realizing you are dreaming changes how your brain works, especially in parts that help you think about yourself and make decisions. these changes can wake you up; knowing you are dreaming can make you feel excited or surprised - these strong feelings can wake you up too
mental blockages and expectations
your subconscious mind might have doubts or fears regarding the process. if you unconsciously expect that your attempts won’t work or fear the consequences of them working, this can create a mental block — this is actually more common than people think and a lot of you don’t even realize you have these blockages
overexcitement
if you become too excited or anxious about the possibility of your desires manifesting, this can trigger your body to wake up. remaining calm and composed is very important (even though we can’t help ourselves at times). overexcitement goes hand in hand with other strong emotions such as fear, so make sure you’re in a neutral state
subconscious programming
your subconscious might need more time and positive reinforcement to accept and integrate the idea of shifting realities, entering the void or manifesting desires. using affirmations, subliminals and visualizations regularly can help reprogram your subconscious mind
timing
certain times of the night or stages of sleep might be more conducive to successful lucid dreaming/sleep paralysis and shifting. experimenting with different times and conditions can help you so much!!
as an example: I have an easier time entering the void by meditating at night after 1 a.m., but I have an easier time doing wbtb and lucid dreaming between 8-11 a.m.
I honestly think that what can help you overcome this is self reflection — a lot of you search for answers but never bother to answer them yourselves. by self reflecting throughout my journey has helped me identify my weaknesses, how to fix them, what works for me and other tricks to speed up the process or make it more enjoyable

Baby, I Don't Want to Feel Alone
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Paige is the sunshine that cuts through your darkness.
Paige Bueckers x reader
Based on this request from @tenaciousglitternerd
Word Count: 1.1k
Themes: mentions of depression/anxiety, hurt/comfort
A/N: i wrote this while sobbing and listening to one direction. I hope this doesn't suck. Love you all
~
Depression was a funny, little thing.
It was unwavering, cloaking you in insecurities and uncertainty that clouded the hope that used to shine from your eyes.
But you managed just fine.
At least that’s the mantra you constantly repeated in your head, hoping that maybe one day it would make the words ring true.
This night was no different. You had finished all your homework, grateful for the distraction, but you were now pacing the floors of your dorm room. The anxiety was welling up inside of you. Your breathing quickened, and your heart was racing in your chest.
You put your hand over your heart, trying to soothe yourself, but the creeping feeling of dread was flooding your senses.
You hated feeling like this. It was as if all control had been ripped from your being, leaving you a vulnerable skeleton of a person. You were quickly getting to the point of no return, and you needed to pump the breaks. You needed someone to ground you.
With shaky hands, you grab your phone, sending a text to Jana, hoping it came across urgent enough but not completely needy.
You hated feeling needy.
You were raised to hide your emotions, and it had taken several years being away from that environment to reprogram your brain into believing that vulnerability was not a weakness.
Jana was someone who encouraged you to let down your walls, and with that, you had built a friendship with her and her teammates.
Jana’s reply comes quickly. ‘The apartment is empty. I’ll be back in 30. Make yourself at home.’
You waste no time throwing on a sweatshirt and grabbing your keys, desperately needing to get out of the four walls that had begun closing in on you.
The bitter chill of the autumnal air stings your eyes and your throat as you walk across campus. It was a welcomed distraction from the hurricane of thoughts swirling in your head. You sniffle, and you blame it on the cold rather than the tears welling up in your eyes.
You had to keep it together. Once that barrier was crossed, you weren’t sure if you’d ever come back.
You walk through the door, and the quiet spooks you. Jana lived with Paige, and Allie, too. But living with Paige came with the chaos and exuberance that seemed to follow her everywhere she went.
You close the door, not caring to be overtly quiet and throw yourself down on the couch. The blanket that is thrown across the pillows smells like Paige.
It doesn’t take more than a few seconds for the tears to stream down your face, washing away any hope of maintaining your air of indifference.
The truth was that you had feelings for Paige for months now. How could you not?
She was everything good in the miserable, stinking world. She was laughter and light personified. She was caring and smart and funny and so, so pretty.
Why would she ever want someone like you?
The poignant realization adds to your melancholy, throwing you into another spiral.
Sobs wrack your body as you pull your legs up to your core, curling yourself into a ball as the tears soak the cushions.
A small creak sounds through the empty room, and your pulse quickens as you look towards the door, expecting Jana to walk in.
“Hey, what’s wrong?” You hear, and your head whips towards the voice.
Paige is standing in her doorway with a confused look shrouding her features. She pushes her glasses back up the bridge of her nose as she walks over to where you are.
Swiftly wiping your face with the sleeve of your hoodie, you hastily apologize. “Jana said I could come over and that no one was home. Didn’t mean to bother you,” you say, your voice cracking and thick with more unshed tears.
“Hey,” she says, sitting down next to you. “It’s all good, just tell me what’s wrong.” She brings a thumb to brush away a stray tear that you missed, and as she does, a few more fall in its place.
Her reassurance makes you fall apart. Your bottom lip wobbles, as another sob erupts in your chest, rattling through you.
“Just havin’ a bad day. Didn’t want to be alone.” Your voice was barely above a whisper, as you looked down at the wet sleeves of your sweatshirt.
Paige’s hand touches your chin gently, making you look her in the eye. “I’m here,” she pronounces, tucking you into her side and maneuvering your legs to lay over her lap.
Her presence was warm and safe, like coming home after a long, shitty day, and you sink into her. You sit with her in silence, listening to her breathing as yours evens out.
Paige’s hands leave your thigh to entwine your fingers with hers, as you marvel at the soft skin and the prominent veins running through them, proof that she was in fact real.
Things seemed a little too okay to be real.
“Feelin’ better?” She asks, as her tongue peeks out to swipe across the pink plushness of her bottom lip.
“This is the calmest I've felt in a long time,” you confess, your cheeks turning pink at your own admission.
“Thought you hated me, or whatever. You always seem to avoid me,” Paige mumbles.
Her candor sends shock waves through your body, washing you in regret.
“I could never hate you, Paige,” you whisper, your gaze dropping back down to her lips.
She slowly leans in, making your breath quicken. She was close enough that you could feel her own breath fan across your face. Your eyes flutter close, and you feel her fingers ghost across your cheek.
The loud noise of the front door being opened shocks you, as you quickly pull away from the blonde girl, and your eyes fly open, darting towards Jana as she walks in.
“Well, well, well, what do we have here?” She asks with a giant smirk plastered on her face as she crosses her arms in an accusatory fashion.
“Oh, my god, you knew Paige was here, didn’t you?” You exclaim, pointing a finger at Jana.
“Maybe I did, maybe I didn’t,” she shrugs, but the twinkle in her eyes gives her away instantly.
Paige’s eyebrows furrow in confusion. “What is going on?”
“She likes you, and she was sad. I knew you’d fix her right up,” Jana reasons with a grin. “Tell me I’m wrong.”
“You’re not wrong,” you mumble.
“What can I say,” Paige boasts. “I make everything better.”
You roll your eyes but you could not deny it.
She pulls you in for a kiss, confirming that she really does make everything better.

ʚïɞ ⋆。 how I use psych k to reprogram my mind 。⋆ ʚïɞ
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
hi everyone! today I am gonna talk about psych k - a combination of techniques I have been using to change any limiting beliefs I had and reprogram my subconscious to know it is limitless.
now available as a yt video!!
youtube
table of contents:
1. what is psych k & why/how it works
2. techniques to use
3. steps to follow in every psych session
。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。
chapter 1: what is psych k & why/how it works
so psych k is a collection of methods used to reprogram the subconscious mind through releasing old patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, it basically uses specific protocols to get you back to the super learning state you had as a child.
I find it quite great to use for changing beliefs around myself, my life, and my manifestations, also these techniques help you assess how strong (or real) a belief feels to you, which we will talk about later.
these techniques might take time to master as you get to know your body, but really you don't really need to be a pro to do them well. the practice is mostly about getting better at self-assessing your beliefs.
so why exactly does psych k work?
basically, as children until the age of 7, our brains engaged in a full-time mode of super learning. that meant that it was absorbing all kinds of beliefs, ideas, knowledge at such a fast pace, almost like our brain is made out of sponge. this meant that whatever environment we were put in affected our subconscious mind, directly rewiring new beliefs.
now where does psych k fall in all of this?
through psych k techniques, you are able to go back to the super learning mode of the brain we had as children, which in turn allows you to edit your subconscious beliefs directly w/o the conscious mind interfering. instead of going the long way with regular affirmations, you speed up the process with psych k!
。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。
chapter 2: techniques to use
🫧 part 1: questioning/testing techniques
these techniques are used to test the strength of a belief or ask the subconscious mind 'questions' (in the form of affirmative statements, not actual questions).
so let's say I wanna test how strongly I believe, 'I am worthy of happiness,' if I truly believed it, I will get a strong response (depending on the technique used, more on that below) and if I don't believe it, I will receive a weak response. so basically, if you wanna receive insight to how your subconscious mind feels about certain statements, remember this point: strong response = yes and weak response = no.
now let's talk about some methods that you can use for testing, seeking permission, and asking the sub mind:
🦋 technique 1.1: arm lever test
this is my go to technique for testing a belief. you can find videos that demonstrated it in the sources at the end of the post, but here I will explain the steps of using it:
1. stand up, keep your face straight (don't lower your neck), keep your eyes open, and look down by lowering your gaze only
2. hold your arm out: extend one arm straight out in front of you. hold it a little upward
3. test with the other hand: use your other hand to gently press on the extended arm, kinda on the middle/wrist area
4. test statements: bring into your awareness a belief like 'I am worthy of happiness.' if the sub mind thinks the statement is true, your arm should stay strong and resist being pushed down (strong response), but if the statement is false, your arm would weaken and easily be pushed down (weak response).
🦋 technique 1.2: finger o-ring test
(never tried it but ig it is a more descrete and an easier way compared to the arm lever test, so if you decide to try it, lmk how it went!)
1. form a ring or O shape by touching the tips of your thumb and index finder together on one hand
2. test the ring: with the other hand, use your thumb and index finger to gently try to pull apart the O shape while saying specifc statements or affirmations. a strong response is the ring not breaking, a weak response is the ring formation breaking apart.
🫧 part 2: new belief integration techniques
now we will talk about the bulk of the work: reprogramming your subconscious mind. I will start with talking about the main technique I have seen being used and then some other techniques I have heard about, but I haven't really tested, now let's begin!
🦋 technique 2.1: the whole-brain posture (the "balance" position)
1. sit comfortably on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
2. cross your legs and arms over each other:
there are 4 combinations in which u could do that: right ankle over left, right wrist over left / right ankle over left, left wrist over right / left ankle over right, right wrist over left / left ankle over right, left wrist over right.
the way you choose to do it is important since a side of your body holds the belief you wanna change over the other, I usually don't bother knowing which side is weaker (aka needs more reprogramming) & instead I do all of the 4 combination for like 5 minutes each (or until I feel that my mind has accepted the affirmations).
anywho, once you have decided which combination you will use for the next 5 minutes, extend your arms in front of you then interlock your fingers and bring your hands up toward your chest.
3. close your eyes, take in deep breaths to calm yourself down, and focus on affirming or visualising the belief you want to integrate for as long as you need (like I said, I usually do 5 mins).
4. once you're done, uncross your limbs and reposition.
5. save the new belief by placing your fingertips together in front of you (forming a pyramid shape) for a few seconds (if the sub mind is a computer, think of this as a safe command!)
6. if you wanna, rinse and repeat for all combinations.
🦋 other techniques:
2.2: cross-crawl exercise: stand up and march in place, lifting your knees high. as you lift your left knee, touch it with your right hand. then lift your right knee and touch it with your left hand. (this promotes integration of the two sides of the mind). continue for a minute or two, focusing on the positive belief or intention you want to integrate.
2.3: energy yawns: place your fingertips on your cheekbones and gently massage while yawning deeply. this relaxes the brain and enhances focus.
2.4: lazy 8s: trace a large figure 8 in front of you with your hand, moving from left to right. this exercise helps integrate both hemispheres and improve coordination.

chapter 3: steps to follow in every psych session
next we are going to talk about some sort of procedure I have come up with for whenever I am doing a self-administered psych k session. you don't have to follow it exactly, but I hope it provides w the guidance you need to start immediately!
🦋 step 0: preperations
it is important for you to be in a relaxed, meditative state for the work to be even more effective so here are some extra stuff you can do before starting the session:
1. stay hydrated + keep some water beside you
2. sit in a quiet room all alone
3. use noise-cancelling earphones for more quietness
4. listen to some type of colour noise at all times to stay relaxed + focus inward instead of outward
5. keep some journal with you (or use the notes app) to record, reflect, and take any notes
🦋 step 1: establish the protocol
before starting anything I want you to have an idea of what exactly you wanna get out of this session, so sit down & write down the methodology for this session based on this chapter. so basically, you specify each of the following steps I will discuss in this chapter cos psych k has many approaches
you can also identify your why for carrying out this session and what affirmations/visualisations/etc. you will be using.
write that all down on a piece of paper or an online document, so you could refer back to whenever you need to remember the next step
🦋 step 2: prepare your mind and body
now you need to relax your body and mind, stop overthinking and stay present, for that I recommend breath work, I personally use the wim hof technique!
after you're done regulating your breathing, and with it your mind and body, take a moment to state your intention to connect with your subconscious mind, elevate any symptoms, and change beliefs using X affirmation (or any other technique), you can say this outloud or just in your mind.
🦋 step 2.5: identify what you want to work on
step 2 is built on the assumption that you already know what you wanna program, but if you don't you can use this stage before stage 2. here are some suggestions for how to pick a belief:
1. order beliefs and work on ones that are the most foundational, ones affecting multiple areas of life or your self concept
2. choose a belief that is urgent, that is it is causing you major stress in your life and it is what you mostly think of
3. layer your beliefs. what I mean is you can start with a general belief, such as 'I am capable.' and as you do more sessions, add more details to it, for example 'I am capable of succeeding in my career.'
4. google general limiting beliefs people have. you can even google specfic ones like 'limiting beliefs around love' and see which one resonates
5. journal, sometimes a quick journaling session can immediatly tell u what immediate obstacle there is in your thinking, which will give you a great idea of what belief you need to change
🦋 step 3: use a testing (permission) technique to identify where your beliefs are at, then test and establish baseline responses
like I said, psych k helps you understand how much you believe a belief, refer back to chapter 2 for some testing/permission techniques to use, but basically you will decide what technique you wanna use (I usually go for the arm lever test)
next, you will use the technique to establish what is a weak response for you and what is a strong one. you can use commands, such as 'be strong' & 'be weak,' or basic statements like 'my name is [false name]' & 'my name is [true name]' to understand what a true & false response feels like
🦋 step 4: ask question regarding the belief to test it & maybe revise intentions
so now that you know what a strong belief verses a weak one shows up in your body, it is time to ask some questions! basically you are gonna say your limiting belief (just like you'd say an affirmation and in present tense) and then test to see how strong (real) it seems + you will do the same for your affirmation to measure its strength
you can ask follow up Qs in the form of much specific statements to understand how your body truly feels about it. based on your findings, you can set new intentions if you think there's a better belief to work on rn.
🦋 step 4.5: ask for permission to change the belief using a testing/permission technique
for this you can use the same technique you used in the step before to test the belief. you basically set your intentions using something along the lines of, 'I request permission from my subconscious and superconscious mind to proceed with this belief change.' you can get more specific or change the wording to your liking
the reason this is step 4.5 is because I don't see it always being used, though I think it is good practice to ask for permission before trying to do something that might be too traumatic to do at this stage.
basically, a strong response = yes & a weak respone = no
if you get a no, you might wanna reflect (through your journal) on why this happened and how can you change that, maybe this is not the belief to change for today or maybe you gotta approach it from a different angle.
you can continue to test your sub mind through different statements and asking for permission, when you're satistified with the results you may continue!
🦋 step 5: choose a belief integration technique to integrate using the balance position
now for the bulk of the work! you're gonna decide on what technique you're gonna use to reprogram and what supplementary techniques you will use (affirmations, visualisations, aff tapes, etc.) (my fave rn is aff tapes!!)
like I said before, I typically use the whole-brain posture. and ofc, once you're done you will just save it as discussed, and then repeat it if you wanna
🦋 step 6: test the belief again
repeat step 4 & use a testing technique (like the lever test) to identify how your beliefs have changed
🦋 step 7: solidify your belief over time
give yourself a couple of weeks or a month and then, retest the belief again using a testing technique (after relaxing and getting into a meditative state of course).
then you can try to anchor them through visualising. another good way to solidify them is to set goals and actionable steps for yourself to challenge the old belief
& ofc pay attention to how you feel and if it feels like you need another session, go for it!
